Our group of 32 students stayed for 10 days and we had a really good time. The staff is kind, effective and helpful. Rooms are clean and the overall standard is good. Any problems regarding rooms or other things were taken care of in a professional way. We’re coming back next year. Location is great, if you know what to expect on Lower East Side (people need to do their research of the area before posting negative reviews about it). �

We just stayed there for 4 days, it was awesome, I would recommend it to everyone, all the staff were very very helpful, the Lady that takes care of the rooms,(405), was my favorite, very friendly, wish I had her name.

I stayed for a couple of days, visiting New York for the 1st time. The room was very clean, and actually bigger than I expected. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Placement is fantastic, really close to transport too. I can't fault them. Pricing was great too. My step mother was staying in the Comfort Inn & comparativly the size and cost of the rooms were much better at the Holiday Inn. Fantastic.

This is our home away from home when visiting NYC. We love the location. Probably not what the average tourist is looking for, but great for feeling like a local. Perfectly safe. Lots of street parking nearby. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable.
