Staff are amazing, helpful and super friendly. Rooms are clean and has everything you need. close to bars, cafes, restaurants, laundromat, subway and essex market. highly recommended:)
it was very nice quiet and the staff are so warm and kind as for the rooms they are well kept and clean
I am currently staying here with my husband.. and all I can say is wow! Amazing hotel, and the staff are awesome! They go out of their way to help,they are really friendly! Hotel is clean, and Room is lovely! I will definitely be coming back here!

Rooms were clean, not that spacious though. I don’t understand why they change towels every day. The rooms are not free of noise. The ice machine on the six floor could easily be heard in my room (610), just as outside construction works during night time. Airconditioning is a must have in NYC during summertime and it worked properly. The environment of the hotel is really good: a lot of bars and restaurants. Staff is friendly and willing to help.
We have had SUCH a positive experience so far. The staff are so kind and helpful. I asked if there was any way they could put a note in the room for my daughters birthday but we arrived to balloons and a goodie basket. Our room is fantastic, clean, very nice, has everything we need and we both had a fantastic sleep! Highly recommend
