We will never stay at this Hotel ever again, simply dont care about there guest. We stayed over the weekend and when we came back in the evening asked for extract towels for our son and my wife and I and were told they only provide 2 towels . The African American lady that was checking out this morning guest at 7am was very rude to us and said this Hotels Policy is to NOT give 2nd towels. No customer service at all!!!! I will never stay at another Holiday Inn in my life!! Booking our room a month in advance was a complete scam because they don’t verify their rooms. Hunter gave us no options when they put us in the wrong room and then try to place blame on the third party!!! If I could rate this less stars I would!! Warning FECES AND COCKROACHES!! AND STILL CHARGED FULL PRICE! Arrived in our room that was “ready for us” with old dog feces under a chair (supposed to be pet free), did they even clean the room for us prior to arrival? I think not with dust on counters and on shower shelves. Had to get ready for bed as we arrived late, then woke up at 1:30 with live moving cockroaches! We also had bed bug bites by morning!
