very nice place to stay , building is very well kept. Rooms are amazing, very well kept in the rooms. The cleanliness of the hotel is amazing. I would recommend this place to anyone heading to the killeen area
the rooms are very nice and clean the staff is very welcoming ! Ketsie was the best waitress during breakfast! hospitality was awesome.!! The fresh cookies was so delicious along with breakfast and everyone was friendly
Rae at the front desk has been amazing for my entire stay. She's fun to talk with and made me feel at home. Everytime she saw me she greeted me with a nice smile and warm personality. Recommend this hotel to anyone!

I stay in Killeen about every 6 weeks to visit my fiance who is stationed at Fort Hood. I decided to stay at the Holiday Inn to try something new.
Great staff, and I was greeted by the General Manager when I checked in.Since I'm a Gold member they upgraded me to a corner room. I was impressed with all the customer service I received, and will be staying there again in the future.
This hotel is new and not on some web sites. It just opened a few months ago and it was beautiful. The hotel was quiet and comfortable. A full-service restaurant is in the lobby and the food there was good. I stayed 10 nights for work and while I was there, some soldiers from Ft. Hood had a large going-away party on a Friday night.Even with several hundred people in the place, it was quiet. It is the best Holiday Inn I have visited and you could eat off the floor. I have no complaints in any way. The staff was wonderful too.
