The room was comfortable and we appreciate the stay as we could not go anywhere else, due to the road conditions.
Love the location of this HIE, convenient to good restaurants. Breakfast selection is good and it is a pleasant place to stay.
Great service especially Ketsie the manager and the bartender Missy. Friendly atmosphere. Clean rooms great service. Outdoor pool, fitness center, computer room. Perfect for business stay, very affordable.
The room was nice, comfortable, the breakfast [as we arrived at 6:00a.] was good for non-vegetarians. I was unable to eat from the breakfast buffet, but found that it was really a good buffet. I think it was better than any I have seen at other hotels. the dining area was clean and comfortable and accommodating. the person preparing the meal was very nice, and importantly--sanitary. the check out front desk personnel was very friendly and nice. Ketsie is an amazing person and an amazing manager. She goes above and beyond the call of duty to take care of her guests. As long as she's working here I would definitely recommend this hotel to all of my co workers and business partners.
Very friendly staff. They make you feel welcomed! I did not encounter any issues! Everything I needed was there.
Complimentary breakfast is served each weekday during your stay and it is delicious! Ketsie is amazing. She is the sweetest person I've ever met and will make your stay here comfortable. I will be booking a room here each time I come to Killeen! Thank you so much Ketsie!
very nice place to stay , building is very well kept. Rooms are amazing, very well kept in the rooms. The cleanliness of the hotel is amazing. I would recommend this place to anyone heading to the killeen area
the rooms are very nice and clean the staff is very welcoming ! Ketsie was the best waitress during breakfast! hospitality was awesome.!! The fresh cookies was so delicious along with breakfast and everyone was friendly
