It is convenient, clean and quiet. The gym is small, but since there were few people using it, it was more than adequate. Nice pool.

Had the pleasure of staying at this Holiday Inn for almost month. I can say it was one of the best hotel stays I have had. The front desk manager Chandni Patel was very courteous and greeted me everyday with a smile and friendly chit chat. Julie Helms was the all star. She did everything from breakfast service to manager and bartender. The whole experience was very pleasant. I look forward to coming back to this location.

Fully booked during our stay at Holiday Inn but I didn't find the lobby crowded. Perhaps there is a bar and restaurant in the lobby. Our group had an excellent stay. I was very happy with the entire experience ! Definitely will not be the last time we will stay there. Ron the Sales Mgr was very helpful and all the staff were friendly.

Had to stay here for 3 weeks, and the staff made it a great experience. Chandni and Carmela at the front desk made the stay quite enjoyable. The rooms were decent and everything was in good condition. The downstairs bar and grill was convenient.

Chandni Patel took care of me and my group, even adjusted breakfast hours to match our schedule. The rooms are spacious and the staff is friendly and helpfull, I would stay at this hotel for future visits to Killeen Tx. Thank you Chandni!

Front Desk Staff was 1st Class and absolutely focused to our needs. Made our business less stressful. Chandni Patel, the Front Desk Manager insured all of our concerns were addressed in a timely manner. A+++ Rating in Hospitality Management.

I had to stay here for a month for business and it was great! Not only did the cleaning ladies always do a great job but the Front Desk Manager, Chandni Patel, always greeted us with a smile and talked with me and my guys. As well as all the other people I was with!
