I had to stay here for a month for business and it was great! Not only did the cleaning ladies always do a great job but the Front Desk Manager, Chandni Patel, always greeted us with a smile and talked with me and my guys. As well as all the other people I was with!
I have been staying at the Holiday Inn in Killeen since January and the service and friendliness from Chandni as Front Desk Manager has been extremely good. She is very professional and makes your stay comfortable. If ever passing through and need a pleasant stay, come and relax here. Meet Chandni and feel right at home while being away from home.
I stayed here for 3 days recently and I'm not much for "hotel food" but the burgers I got from the kitchen were amazing. I recommend them to anyone. The chef Jamar knows what he is doing. The bar was very relaxing but the drinks could have been mixed a tad stiffer but all in all a pleasant experience and very covenant.
Really enjoyed my stay, Chandni (Front Desk Manager) was great! I also received great service from Jamar (Cook) and Jessica (server). The cleaning staff gave great service as well. Everyone went the extra mile to make my stay enjoyable.

In town visiting our son. Nice hotel. Clean, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Close to West Ft Hood where our son lives. Near restaurants, stores and highway. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.
My clerk was named Nice. She was knowledgeable in her job and helped me with a problem I had with no complications. The food they served was great and being in the rooms made me felt as if I was in a luxury hotel. I will definitely go back if I had a chance.
Room was comfortable and clean. Staff was very friendly and efficient.
I visited Harv's Sports Bar & Grill at the Holiday Inn and have been impressed with the quality of service and hospitality. Ketsie in particular was amazing making sure I was more than satisfied with my visit there.
