Rae at the front desk has been amazing for my entire stay. She's fun to talk with and made me feel at home. Everytime she saw me she greeted me with a nice smile and warm personality. Recommend this hotel to anyone!
Overnight stay in this hotel was one of the best experiences, in my travels, I have had in a long time. Since I was alone, I got a king size bed on the second level and at first was a little nervous since the hotel sits very close to the interstate and my room was on the interstate side of the hotel. However, with the room fan turned on never heard any traffic. The AC/Heat unit has some type of 'energy saving' setting and the unit turns off at times. Very nice! Great hospitality! Clean and comfortable.
We stopped here for the night on the way from Louisiana to Virginia. Excellent room. Excellent check in staff late at night. Lovely, safe atmosphere in the lobby. Very enjoyable. They had some trouble at breakfast the next morning (the day after Christmas) as the breakfast person didn't come to work.
Descent place to stay. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. Very friendly staff.
This holiday inn express was a delightful surprise. The hotel staff were friendly and breakfast was included. The hotel and rooms were immaculate and mattresses incredibly comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!
The staff here truly will make our stay pleasant, to include the receptionists, maids, food service and bar tenders. Special thanks and a great job to Kelsie...probably one of their best employees.
For some reason I underestimated this hotel, but I really enjoyed my stay here. The rooms were nice and spacious and the overall stay was pleasant. Breakfast was definitely doable so I won't complain. One of the young ladies at the front desk was very attentive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again because of the cost and location.
I stay in Killeen about every 6 weeks to visit my fiance who is stationed at Fort Hood. I decided to stay at the Holiday Inn to try something new.
