The receptionist Chandni was very friendly and helpful. We stayed for 5 days on our way back to Australia via Hawaii. The breakfast was good, room was decent size, the bar was good, overall we enjoyed our stay.

My stay here at the Holiday Inn in Killeen, TX. was great. The staff here was excellent. The hotel was clean, I never had to wait, they treated me as if my time was valuable. I was always treated with respect. I would to say Thank you to Sam the front desk manager. This man is a true leader of his peers and took the time to what was write for the guest to insure that their needs where met. The staff is always friendly and very attentive of your needs. Chandni checked us in and extremely helpful through our week long stay. I stayed on the 4th floor and the WiFi was very fast for the computer work that I had to do. Just minutes down 190 to Ft Hood, very convenient. Will stay here again in the future.

Clean, comfortable newer property. front desk very helpful. Van took us to eat; it's the only way to get anywhere if you don't have a vehicle. H.E.B. is walkable but not too near. Freebirds is right next to H.E.B.

Greeted warmly at the desk, had some supper at the restaurant made by Laura which was very tasty. And served wine by the lovely Marina at the bar - a very warm conversationalist - overall a great experience!

Just wanted to give a shout out to Chandni Patel. She assisted me in switching rooms from the 1st to the 3rd floor. Very professional and always greeted me with the day during the 2 and a half week stay I was there. I will definitely be back here. Thanks again for a great stay. Bar tenders are awesome too!

I had a wonderful experience with Chandi at the front desk. She was extremely helpful to our entire group and went the extra mile to make our stay smooth. Really all of the staff were great. I can't recall the name of the African American woman who also helped up, but she Worked Saturday, Nov 7th in the afternoon.
