I got upgraded to a 2 queen suite for a weekend visit. Very nice and close to the summit and good eating places. Staying on the fifth floor was nice. Except the sun rise came in through the window. Oh well only a minor inconvenience. It would be nice to have power outlets on the lamp between the beds like I have seen in other hotels.

Hospitality was AMAZING! The manager is very helpful and really nice. The rooms were very clean, the bartender woman was great, drinks were really good and the pool and the surrounding area is really clean and well put together. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone. Best hotel hands down. Plus the breakfast buffet was a plus! Great job!

For the price, this was worth the stay. It was clean and in a safe and convenient area. Check in was a breeze. Plenty of parking that is well lit. Nice breakfast included. Indoor pool. My only complaint is that our room seemed to not cool very well. The humidity inside was also abnormally high.

Very nice, good price. There is no switch in the bathroom to turn the vent on. Other than that it was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was moderately comfortable, people have varying differences on mattress comfort though.

I have stayed here for two nights. It is just about like every other Holiday Inn I have stayed at. It needs a few updates. The wifi is a little slow and connectivity is hit and miss.All those things could rate a mediocre review at best. But, there is a huge difference here. They have something I have missed for years, customer service. From Dino and Kevin arranging my rides. To the pleasant greeting from Alexis and Martha. One of the nicest Holiday Inns I've been privileged to stay in over the years! You will especially like the three outdoor cabanas poolside complete with comfortable seating for several people, ceiling fans, side tables and TVs. The restaurant does a good job with its service as well.

She is very kind and always accommodating , giving wonderful service with a smile.I come a lot to this hotel and I look forward to seeing Nancy . She makes you feel special. Stay from May 6th to May 8th. Very pleasant stay. Hotel room was quiet. Only complain was the renovations. very strong fume smell, other then that excelled stay. There was an African American woman during hours of 3-11, who checked us in and was very welcoming and good at her job. She was trained well. The night auditor was also good and efficient at his job. I work at hotel so I know how they are ran. Kudos to staff. Have family in Birmingham, and will stay here again in future.

This hotel was AMAZING! I read a few reviews some good some bad so; I decided to see for myself and I'm glad I did. The front desk ladies were all great especially Daneshika. (I know I just killed her name) Each time I left the room I was asked if everything was ok and told to let them know if I needed ANYTHING.
