This hotel has been an excellent place to stay at. I have stayed here almost every month for the last year. The service has been above the norm. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Fort Hood area.
Clean hotel, friendly staff, new shuttle to take you anywhere you need to go. Chandni Patel great customer service at the front desk!! Close to shopping mall, restaurants, movie theaters, just about anything you need.
This was my first visit to Killeen, TX on business at Ft Hood and I will say where I wouldn't live there my stay for a short time was enlightened by the staff and stay at the Holiday Inn. I first had problems with my GPS so needed some directions and the staff helped my get there no problem. Upon arrival I was greeted and given a nice clean room, check in was easy they gave a quick layout of the hotel. hey had a blast at this hotel Kaitlin the Bar tender was awesome, i stay here a lot and she is probably the best bar tender I've had here. great drinks and awesome customer service. stayed over ST Patrick day and had a blast!
Modern, new hotel with friendly staff. Easy access to freeway and local restaurants.
Not too many reasons to travel to Killeen (unless you're somehow military related or have family in the area), but if you do travel to Killeen (or through it on your way someplace else) and you're looking for a place to stay that's clean and comfortable, then this is your place. We traveled to Killeen to visit family and we selected this Holiday Inn based on the reviews and weren't disappointed. It's conveniently located off Highway 190 and there a many restaurants located nearby (although you will need a car to get to them)... read more
I spent 3 weeks in this hotel and i got to know almost everybody. great customer service by all means... front desk agents went above and beyond (Sam and Chandni) Thank you. shuttle service is great very nice peple ( Kevin and Bacardi) .great food (chef Kyle) and funny bartender Marina. keep up the good work.
Stayed here as a stop over during our family visit to san Antonio. Excellent hotel with good amenities. Staff was very friendly and Chandni was very friendly and helpful. Checkin was very smooth. Location is also safe and family friendly.
