My stay was very comforting and relaxing. Great customer service at the front desk!
We were pleasantly greeted at a late check in. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. Ambiance was relaxing and peaceful.
Staff was very friendly. Accommodations were clean and up to date. Very nice quick stay.

Each time I travel to the area, I try to stay at the Holiday Inn Killeen, partially due to its convenient location. This hotel is always clean, and the front desk personnel are friendly. The front desk manager Chandni is knowledgeable, congenial, and helpful. I certainly plan to stay at the Holiday Inn Killeen again the next time I am in the area.
Great place to stay. Here on business from September to November. Chandmi has been a great help to me, helping me out on the computer and printer down stairs.and the staff at the dining servers are friendly.
