I am currently on a business trip to the area and from the moment I checked in. Your Front Desk employee, Chandni has been more than helpful. She always greets you with a smile and kind word. We still have 2 days left here but I definitely wanted to go ahead and give a review. Stacey at the front desk set the bar for customer service! She has a wealth of knowledge and was fantastic!! If she didn't know the answer to our questions she would quickly find the info we needed. She was very sweet, courteous and professional. Looking forward to seeing her again before we leave!
Great hotel, breakfast is so much better than so many hotels I have stayed at. Chandni the front desk manager has a great knowledge of the area and is an absolute delight to talk to. The rooms are clean and house keeping does a great job. The bartender Kimmy, makes amazing drinks and has great customer service. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area!
pool area is very nice.. they have cabanas, bar is right next to the pool which is also awesome. but most of all the Service at the front desk was Top notch, very impressive... as soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted with a good afternoon, and a pleasant smile, the front desk person name was Stacy... she was very friendly and warm, and catered to my every need.. she's brightens the whole place up and take it to another level... its very good that she's the first thing a person sees when arriving...
Chandni Patel made sure my stay was great!! She assisted me in making sure my move to Texas from Indiana was a easy transition. The breakfast is amazing! The rooms were cleaned everyday and the most importantly THE BEDS ARE COMFORTABLE!! Highly recommended.
Very good hotel, easy access and plenty of parking for a tour bus. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were ready & clean & cool upon arrival. Breafast buffet was set-up up for our group the following am and it was very good.
