Scott did a great job; he was friendly, put on clean shoe covers, and explained the different parameters that were checked. Would be happy to have him back anytime.
Hasan was an excellent service person. He was very nice and he explained what he did. We have used Hodgson Heating and Cooling for annual maintenance for 9 years and we have always had great service.
Matt & John arrived before 8 a.m. and got right to work. Both knowledgeable and professional. Explained everything we asked and didn't ask about! Told us when they had to go back to the shop and when they would return, which we appreciated. Cleaned up wonderfully and if we ever need anything again we hope they would be the ones sent.
Hasan was on time and very professional with his work. Would welcome him back to my home next time.

Scott was friendly and efficient. The external services we could view were completed as expected - changing batteries in the thermostat, changing out the high efficiency filter, checking out the A/C compressor - so we have confidence that furnace and A/C tune-ups were done efficiently. We have had no problems with systems operation and service since enrolling in the annual Peace of Mind program with Hodgson over several years at two separate households.
We have a safe & sound plan with Hodgson Heating & Cooling and have always been serviced in a timely manner, Scott was our technician this time and was very friendly and got right to work to correct out thermostat problem.
Very thorough and well explained safety examination of our furnace and AC. Hasan was very professional.
