Deven was a very knowledgeable service technician, he was courteous and explained everything he was doing and checking with the furnace and the equipment he installed. He is a great asset to Hodgson's. ************

Hasan was very friendly and professional did a great job. He kept me informed about what he was doing and the condition of my furnace. I have had hodgson's peace of mind program for several years and really like it.
Had a problem with the furnace not firing up the burners so I called the office. They had Hasan available to come out that afternoon.Said he would be there when he finished his call he was on. Less than a half hour later he called and said he was on his way. He came in assessed the situation and fixed it promptly. Also performed a safety check on the furnace. I appreciated that. We were in need of a new furnace as our current one was on its last legs headed into winter. We were given a fair quote and time line for when the work would be completed. The team of Matt and John arrived on time, and in good spirits put our minds at ease as we were uncertain how the process would work. Hasan was very friendly, expedient and thorough. A Safety Check was performed and Inducer Motor replaced in about 1.5 hours, even with a trip back to Hodgson to pick up the motor. Would highly recommend. Thank you for the great service!
