Excellent service and courteous Hodgson representative and arrived in the time provided
Showed up well within the appointed time. Worked quickly and cleanly and explained what he was doing and why as he worked. Also explained what I could do to help prevent any further problems with the furnace.
I'm very appreciative of the service Hasan provided as a part the Peace of Mind contract I have with Hodgson Heating and Cooling. He explained the results of the service call and took care of the cleaning that needed to be with the burners - something that needed to be done thins time. The POM contract is well worth the amount and service done by the qualified technicians.

As part of my furnace maintenance package, Hodgson employee Scott L. checked out my furnace, replaced filter, and spent a few minutes explaining a minor update that he had done. He wore protective booties & was very careful of my property & cat. He was polite & friendly. I am very satisfied with Hodgson’s & their staff.
Garry was very courteous. He went about his job and didn't waste any time in checking the furnace and water heater. I was very pleased with his manners. Jane Skillman.
Scott was pleasant and was able to discern the problem easily. He answered my questions and was knowledgeable. He was able to get the parts ordered with the help of the office staff. Looking forward to the parts coming in and the furnace repaired. Thank you
Deven did a thorough and complete job. He discovered that water was not getting to our dehumidifier and corrected the problem. Previous technicians just replaced the dehumidifier not resolving the problem. We were very pleased with Deven's work.
Scott from Hodgson was amazing. Our brand new furnace stopped working, and we had to make an after hours call to fix the problem. Scott showed up and was very professional and courteous. He was able to get the furnace to kick on and start working for the night, but need to come back with the proper part to replace the broken switch. He then came back the next morning and did the repair in lighting fast time. I highly recommend Hodgson for repairs, and I would especially ask for Scott to do the service call.
