The service tech (Hasam) was extremely professional and courteous. He was patient with my questions and gave clear explanations. He took his time and was very thorough with the inspection, and at the end, went over the results in detail. Appreciate his attentive approach.
Scott was prompt, thorough and pleasant. He informed me of everything he was doing and why. Great teacher! This is true peace of mind! A++. Hodgson Heating and Cooling deserves an A++ too for training their service pros to be true professionals-a rarity today!!!

Scott was very courteous and professional, he did extra on my air conditioner, where as the lawn guy blew cuttings he went the extra mile to rinse it out, small things mean a lot, great employee.
