Called Hodgson and talked to Melissa to explain that the furnace wasn't working correctly. she took down my information and said a tech would be out in about an hour. Scott showed up on time and assessed the situation and had the furnace up and running in about twenty minutes. He was very professional and knowledgeable. This is why we have been with Hodgson for over twenty five years
Brian provided fast and efficient service on the air conditioner and heating unit. He was on time and was polite, congenial. Brian did an excellent job. We are very pleased. We've have been using the Hodgson service for the past 10 years and are very satisfied customers.
I had my yearly maintenance on my furnace and air conditioner. Nathan S. was my Hodgson employee. He did a great job. He was very pleasant to be around. He was attacked by hornets when he tried to service the air conditioner. He fought the hornets and was able to finish the job. I have another house at Gull Lake which will need service in August and I plan to request Nathan. I know he will perform the maintenance there just like he did at my Battle Creek home.
