Scott performed the annual maintenance check on March 9th. He is very professional in doing his job. He explained what he was doing throughout the maintenance check. He is very friendly and time to talk to both my wife and myself. He is an excellent representative for your company.
Scott checked on the condition of my furnace today.He was professional and friendly.He explained that the furnace is in good condition and he would come back again to check the air conditioner when the weather is warmer.
Scott was great! He wore booties and a mask. I had no heat, but Scott was at my home first thing and had the furnace running in no time. Very pleasant personality.
Scott did a fantastic job. He was very thorough and explained everything as he was doing it. He even took the replacement motor apart and re-assembled it as it was put together improperly. I think he was the best tech to ever work on my furnace. We always call Hodgson for our furnaces and I guess this is why.
Scott is very customer friendly. He arrived on time. He put shoe covers on to keep the carpet clean. He put new batteries in the thermostat. He explained what he was doing as he did the servicing, very efficient and everything was neat and clean when he finished.

Nathan diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes and corrected it.
I was recommended by a friend to call Hodgson's when having an issue with my furnace. Brian came out and let me know what the issue was and offered some solutions. Brian was very friendly and knowledgeable. Since the furnace was 30 years old we decided to replace it. Matt W and John B came out the next week to install. Those guys were great too! We participate in the Peace of Mind Program with Hodgson Heating and Cooling. Late this afternoon on a bitter cold day our furnace stopped working. We called and Scott, one of Hodgson's Service Pros, arrived shortly thereafter. He efficiently diagnosed the problem, replaced the faulty part , fixed our furnace free of charge and we are warm and greatly relieved.
