Hasan arrived on time and performed the work very efficiently. He was very professional to deal with, I highly recommend him.

Scott was very good at explaining what he was doing and what the problem was. Very polite and conscious of making sure he was wearing his shoe coverings in the house. He didn't try to talk me into getting what we didn't need. I would highly recommend him if asked.

Scott was our technician from Hodgson Heating and Cooling. Scott was very personable and professional while he completed his routine testing and replacing of needed parts for our furnace. After cleaning up, he explained the meaning of all the numbers from the testing of our furnace and air conditioning units which I really appreciated. We would highly recommend Scott and gladly have him back to service our units.

Scott came out from Hodgson to check our furnace and A/c because we have the "Peace of Mind" plan. He made a thorough check and discovered we had 2 cracks in our furnace (20 years old), and actually came and had shown them to my husband. There are some places I've heard from other friends that never bothered to show them their problems. We then had one of the other agents from the company come and give us an estimate for a new furnace which will be installed towards the end of this month.
