Alexander Diaz was the technician who came and serviced my AC unit. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Explained check points he did to service my unit. Showed me photos on each step he took to service my unit. Took his time and I was very appreciative of how he answered my questions. I would refer him to anyone. AND, he was cat approved by my grandson's cats.

Simon Peterson played detective until he found leaks in my hot water line which is buried in dirt beneath tile flooring. There were several other miscellaneous repairs plus installation of new hot water heater. All work was done in a professional manner as Hobaica employees are trained to satisfy their client.
