I do not recommend them for service. I needed 2 clips for my car that broke and when I took it to them they told me they didn’t have time to look at it on the lift like they needed to. The lady said they would get mad if she asked them to move a vehicle just for some clips. She said I probably hit a deer or something. I do believe I would’ve know if I had hit a deer. She told me to have it back the next morning at 8:00 so we did. They still never put the car on the lift and we waited for 2 hours. They have lost our business ... read more
what a joke, the management wants to provide an improved customer car buying experience, well you have to start with salesmen that actually want to work for their money...
RecommendedI LOVE my new 2019 Ford Edge! I was so overwhelmed with all the SUVs. Harold Dubree helped me out so much! There was no pressure. We found exactly what I was searching for. Fabulous customer service and wonderful SUV for me and my family. I highly recommend Banner Ford of Monroe!!
They are very dishonest. They lie. They add charges without telling you and run the price up after agreeing on a price. When you call them out on it, they get mad and treat you crappy. You can get better prices, better service and treated a lot better somewhere else.
We happened in to this dealership this past Friday, early afternoon with a mechanical problem as we traveled across Louisiana. I didn’t really figure they were going to be able to resolve my problem given the day and the time that I presented it to them but the service writer bent over backwards to get our problem evaluated and repaired my truck under warranty while we waited and watched TV. Three cheers for the service department at this dealership.

Customer service was horrible. Tried to pressure me into buying something I didn’t want. I was told that was the only vehicle on the lot that I could purchase after they had me approved for an amount. I was told I wouldn’t have to pay anything down, then they wanted me to pay $5000 down. Salesman seemed VERY agitated and never once called me by my name, just “ma’m.” Not to mention that the vehicle had something broken on it. I left and went to Sparks Nissan and was treated very well there!
James was an amazing salesman! He made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision. This was the best car experience I’ve ever had. I couldn’t be happier with my choice & with Banner Ford Monroe!
