Worst experience ever! The salesman I had been dealing with was “busy” when I arrived so I was given another salesman who prepared sales paperwork with prices that were not agreed upon. This salesman was “unaware” of the agreement my original salesman and I had made. Just basically tried to take advantage of me. It is worth the drive to go elsewhere!
My sister went to Banner Ford on 8/15/2019 and said that she had the worst customer service experience she's ever had! My sister is a very sweet, kind and mild mannered person so she's not one to get loud and all up in your face, she simply told my other sister, "Let's go." She went to another car dealership and told the guy about her experience at Banner Ford, not mentioning the dealership's name but immediately the customer service guy stated, " You must be talking about Banner Ford!" Banner Ford if Monroe made the process of purchasing a vehicle, fast , easy and has such a friendly staff 10/10 I will defiantly be back !
Would not recommend them to anyone!! we drove an hour and a half bc they told my husband he was approved and then after we get there it's a different story. And while we were there 2 or 3 other people walked out!!
