I spent three hours at the dealership yesterday attempting to purchase a F-150. Agreed on the monthly payments and signed off on it. Made a deposit and returned today to pick up the truck. They had it cleaned up and ready to go. The sales manager then informed us that he made a $4,000 error and he could not honor the deal. Offered to throw in a couple of extra oil changes. Needless to say we left without the truck. No way to run a business. Very disappointed!
A young married couple came in today wanting to look at a vehicle. Not necessarily to buy because this was the first place that they went, and they made that clear. The salesman was very rude when he realized that they couldn’t buy the vehicle. The sales man told them that people don’t come to look at vehicles, they come to buy. Have terrible customer service I took a car for a test drive came back to talk price the sale man told me he wasn’t come off the price. Three days later they drop the price.

Excellent customer service. I was helped by Malcolm Johnson and he was by far one of the most knowledgeable and helpful salesman I’ve ever dealt with. He made things much easier on me and helped me get a vehicle with all of the accessories I wanted within my price range. 10/10 would recommend him to anyone!
