the service is a joke, ill never buy another vehicle from them again. paid cash for a new 2021 fusion and now that they have their money they act like they don't want anything to do with us, i wont be back.

My daughter had a recall on her 2015 Ford Fusion to fix her door latches. When she got to the dealership they told her she had another recall about her shifter cable which I had fixed 2 years earlier myself before the recall came out. She told them I had fixed it already. The service manager told her we’ll be the judge of that like she was some stupid little girl. They had to keep her car an extra day. I told them I had already fixed it! Listen to your customers. Contacted the dealership 3 times in 2 days. Got one response then nothing. Chatted with a liason on text at the dealership & i told them i guess i would go elsewhere since nobody wanted my business & he said thanks & have a great day. I had been preapproved already through my bank and done all the research on the vehicle i was looking at. Worst customer service.

Haven’t had any problems with service de apartment. We own 2017 Explorer and 2019 F250. Both are serviced at Banner. So ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ so far. Thanks Kerie for taking care of the F250 today. 9/14/2020
