I run a fleet of ford vehicles and have dealt with my fair share of dealerships. I had one of my trucks break down in Louisiana. Kerrie was absolutely a pleasure to deal with. She kept me informed almost hourly, even on her day off. Thanks for getting us back on the road so quickly. 5 stars
Purchased a 2019 mustang convertible. The car is amazing as was my sales person. BUT since I was out of state I had to let them handle my tags and sales tax. The check mailed to the revenue office was incorrect. When I called they acted as tho I didn’t know what I was talking about and then said “oh wait...yea you were a solo borrower on your trade...we were off. I was given a buyers order on a vehicle to take to my bank for the purchase. I called the salesman the next morning and asked him to get the vehicle ready to pickup. We added the vehicle to our insurance and had the bank cut the check for the vehicle. I called before lunch to tell them we were on our way to get it. The salesman then informed me that they could not sell the car to me for the price I was given a written quote on. They wanted 2800 more than I was given the buyers order for. I was in the market for a truck, looked on the website and saw several like I wanted listed at a great price, called to make sure they were there on the lot and was assured by salesman Bobby they had almost 20 trucks close to my description. I drove an hour and a half to find out they had 1 truck actually on the lot that had no discount and all the others listed on line for a good dealer discounted price had been "sold". I drove to Shreveport and bought a truck.
A few years ago I took my car in because the gear shift needed replaced as well as the turn signal on my Ford Edge because the wipers would not turn off. When they “fixed” it, the backup camera rarely comes on. When it does, it’s usually upside down. The wiper fluid comes out the back when you push the button to clean the front windshield and fluid comes out the front when you push it for the back. I am from out of town and my car broke down today at 4:30 pm. I was towed and brought to Banner around 5pm. They were all ready to leave, but stayed to help me get my car checked in and ready to be serviced. I have no car, I am from out of town and all of the car rental places are sold out. I had hoped since this dealership had been bought out that their service department would be better but no such luck. They wont answer the phone, walked in since no one had come out to my vehicle (unsure what their process is but they immediately came out to another vehicle for info) and was completely ignored. Even of someone is working on a computer it takes very little effort to at least acknowledge a customer when they walk in.
