The customer service is INCREDIBLE! I met the owner, Greg, while I was at work one night and he was so kind to get me in the next day. Gwin in the service department was an absolute joy as well. Speedy service and great people. Love to see it!!

Had work done 9 months ago, part broke and warranty covered part but not labor due to after market part. They chose after market part. Failed to explain to me warranty. Act of Congress to get them on phone to check status of vehicle.

RecommendedTook my vehicle in at 5:30 on Wednesday evening, spoke with excellent service members. Thursday morning at 8:00 I got a text with recommendations and asked which I wanted and didn’t want. No pressure from any questions I had, and my vehicle was ready by 3:30 Thursday. I called local dealership Monday and was told to just bring it Friday and they might get to it. Great fast service Banner!
