The place has no integrity. Don’t answer the phone could not schedule a oil change
We had to turn our car in on Monday. I was a little worried about finding something reliable to take its place but at the same time - I had faith. Then I called Janet Kramb and the magic happened. If you are in the market for a new vehicle I recommend going to to see her at Hines Park. She is so helpful, kind and her experience is evident.
Hines Park Ford was very accommodating when we go there. We always work with Shawn Hardy, they did a quick turn around for my oil change as well as getting me a new tire which had a budge in it. We are very impressed with the service we received from Hines Park Ford and especially for Shawn. We will definitely continue with future going to Hines Park Ford to service my car. Thank you Shawn for working with us, looking forward to doing future business with you.
My most recent experience was another great one. They mounted my tires the same day for a price that was under everyone else, while having great service!
My husband and I just leased a New 2018 F150 and we LOVE it !!! Our sales lady Melissa was Amazing and made the entire process quick and painless. We will be back for another vehicle when the time is right & will definitely recommend Melissa to all of our friends and family!
I called to make an appointment for my ford fusion which I purchased there in the fall. I spoke to the appointment coordinator Pam who was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I asked a question she started yelling over the phone. I am a professional working person and I expect to be treated as such. Would not recommend this place!
