I brought my 2018 F150 in for service and the Service Manager (Mike Lapum) bent over backwards to solve the problem. He had the parts ordered in advance, told me what he was going to do, and did the work same-day. I couldn't ask for better service.
I had a great experience with Hines Park Ford today when I turned in my lease to purchase a new vehicle. I started my journey with Brighton Ford but was not happy with the service I received there (salesmen who don’t listen to the customer). I found out Eric Wilkinson was now at Hines Park Ford and gave him a call (we’ve worked with Eric in the past to purchase vehicles) and within an hour he found the perfect vehicle for me! Thank you Eric and Hines Park!
