RecommendedI have bought and leased several vehicles in my life. I leased a new vehicle here recently, and Shawn Hardy was working with me in sales. Wow, this guy is incredible. He is personable, hilarious, caring, and honest. I don’t think it will be long until he is running the place, that is, if he aspires to do so. Looking for a car? Walk in and see the first guy on the left, Shawn Hardy. He will do everything in his power to ensure a pleasurable and favorable experience.
Horrible customer service and has had one of our cars, a brand new 2019 truck, for over two weeks and have done nothing to fix the problem. They literally have said they haven’t looked at it yet. Also “cannot” hand out a loner vehicle for whatever reason even though they have a lot full of cars just sitting there. 100% do not recommend this place.
My brand new 2019 f-150 has been sitting there for over two weeks waiting for repair with no end in sight. Their service reps keep lying about how long it’s going to take to fix and keep feeding me a line of BS about why it’s taking so long, and today I see it still just sitting in the parking lot. They advertise NEW with a decent price, we call and explained we lived 50 miles away and wanted to confirm availability, drive to dealership then told it is a DEMO with 3k miles...DISAPPOINTING‼️...it gets WORSE, they told me the cost was $2,000 higher than the online advertised price.=NO SALE!
