I was very happy with my service experience, with the exception of one thing. When I spoke to a service advisor yesterday, I was told that the price for the Works Package would be $39.99. When I got the bill it was $51.15!!! Very disappointed. And this was the second new car I had purchased from Hines Park. I had even referred my grandson to them. I will have to think long and hard about any future dealings with them!!!
I had the pleasure of working with Al, he made the process so much easier even though I was stressed! He did everything he could to get me in a new car. He even came to my house after hours to meet with my dad and get the paperwork he needed on my trade in. Will forever buy my cars from Hines park! Thank you so much Al!! You were GREAT!
