Service employees are fantastic! Friendly and efficient. This was my first service on my 2016 vehicle, and i will definitely return.
I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else! I trust the service manager, the service staff and my sales rep Shawn Hardy. When I take my car in to get work done, I know it is going to be done right and I won't be oversold. I highly recommend Hines Park Ford for their service department and for buying a new or leased vehicle!

I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. After waiting two hours, I decided to check on my vehicle only to find out that it had it not even been taken back. Terrible service and I will never be back! truly can't recommend the service department to anyone.
I made an appointment a week in advance to get my oil changed and tires rotated. I've been waiting over two hours for it to be completed! Never coming here again!!!
My Taurus SHO had a recall. HPF took really good care of me. Unfortunately, accidents happen my car got dinged at the dealership. HPF was very upfront and very professional about it. They took responibilty and when i got my car back you could not tell anything had happened. Give high marks to them for being honest and taking responibility. Thank you.
