The salesman was very rude and unhelpful. After 4 days of going back and forth and him being rude to our bank as well and stating they would not take our bank’s check we went to Lasco Ford and received hassle free service and purchased the same style truck for a better price with no issues in them taking our banks check.

Bought a Transit Connect almost two years ago. We NEVER buy extended warranties or protection plans, but this time we were persuaded to spring for the tire protection plan. Today was our SECOND absolutely free tire service; the Service Department got us in and out in a bit over an hour, on a Saturday morning. The previous service required a tire replacement, again absolutely free. Until Michigan figures out how to improve the cow paths we drive on, this tire plan is a must. I bought a new Ford Escape from Hines Park Ford on March 26,2018. Shawn Hardy was my Sales person. He was knowledgeable and considerate throughout the purchase and was extremely professional. I have recently had to talk to him about a small dent on my drivers side and he was so helpful and quick to respond with a solution.
