Terribly rude and unprofessional staff at every level. Will not stay here again even if another of my association’s conference is to be held here, in fact I would skip another conference in San Francisco all together if it’s held at the Hilton. None of the staff has obviously received any training in hospitality and/ or professionalism. Decent spot!
Great location near Union Square and Kinkos office on site!
No room Service .. Poor
Decent hotel. Staff was nice. Great views from the upper floors. Only downsides were little dated rooms and hallways. Crappy blankets. Towels were not very soft. And it's on the edge of the bad part of town. Don't go out the front and go left!
I cannot rate this Hilton Hotel a 5. It was hard to believe that there were only two double beds, not queens in the rooms. The bathroom was very small and designed terrible, when reaching for a hand towel to dry hands after washing, water got all over the toilet seat.
