Terrible service and rude, unattentive staff!!! No shampoo in room to begin with. Asked for a hair dryer, called housekeeping 3 times, waited for over an hour and got nothing! Had to sit around with wet hair as they were ' too busy' to run a hair dryer up to us. All of the staff are rude and only after your money. If you don't tip them heavily, you get nothing!
Hotel is massive and that's half the problem. There is such a churn of people coming and going every day the service is rather impersonal. Don't expect much in the way of freebies if you are a Hilton Honors VIP member. Surrounding streets to the west and south of the hotel suffer from vagrancy with panhandlers and beggars roaming around. Breakfast buffet in "Poached" is very overpriced for what it is...most people eat elsewhere if they are paying themselves. I had a great experience, clean, modern, luxurious room with a great view. I had an amazing snack of local cheese and charcuterie in the Cityscape lounge and enjoyed the best view in town. The staff was polite and genuinely concerned about making my experience the best! I will make this my first choice of places to stay downtown! I highly recommend this experience to all!
food was awefull, but the room is nice and clean, comfy bed, and nice view.....
Friendly service. We had no wait to check in. Staying in Junior Suite with separate bedroom and living room. Plenty of room. We really enjoyed the other Hilton better on our previous stay but wanted to see this part of San Francisco. Even though it's good, we will stay at Business District again next time. This one's too big and too many convention people.
You need to treat your Hilton Honors members better� Who is the boss of your company? Not you or you would be checking anyone who has Reservation in. Not picking and choosing who get checked in. I have 8 friends that were checked in but when I ask I was told I had to wait till 5:00 PM Very said deal
