Everyone employed at this hotel has been friendly, extremely helpful, and just all-round gracious. Check in was a breeze. The concierge is phenomenal. Housekeeping is so helpful & sweet. Love this place!!
Been staying at this hotel for over a decade. The remodel is top notch and the views are amazing. This is the place to stay in San Francisco.
They cancelled my reservation when I couldn't get here on time due to Hurricane Irma. Even though I called and told them I was going to be a day late and asked them to keep my reservation. When I arrived for the conference first I was told I was at a wrong Hilton and after I gave them the confirmation number I was told "you were supposed to be here yesterday". Finally they found me a standard room on the 8th floor of tower 3 with a view of air conditioning ducts and a wall. They still went ahead and charged me the "Bayview j... read more
No honors floor... otherwise very nice and well appointed
Stayed during August and this was one of 7 hotels during our trip and unfortunately the worst. Very expensive and they charged for wifi which wasn't even good. Very disappointing

Room was small but nice. Best part of our stay was meeting restaurant manager Andrea Salnave while having dinner at the Urban Tavern. She was both professional and pleasant and added to our dinner experience.
Hotel is just not adapted to receive a large number of clients. To check in we had to cue for 20'. Meanwhile asked for a silent room, it seems impossible. At Tower 2 on the 19th floor it is still very rumourous. Room clean with fridge. Bathroom ok but only 1 shampoo unless we're 4. Cost of parking out of any logic: 58$/night. When an on-line check in?
