Very professional and cooperative staff. We drove in due to the Yosemite fires and they accommodated us last minute notice.
Mycket slitet som dom gör mycket ytrenoveringar. Luktar sopor på våningsplanen som kan bli ståendes halva dagarna. Absolut inte värt pengarna. En annan sak är det tragiska med alla dessa uteliggare ända in på knuten.
Worst hotel I have ever stayed in in my life!!!!!! This clearly isn’t personal as heard loads of people saying the same thing. Horrible and rude staff.... the front staff desk couldn’t be any less helpful and when we complained not even as much as a sorry.... wish I read up on the reviews before booking this disgrace of a hotel. 't Is vervelend dat in de directe omgeving van het hotel veel zwervers zijn. Loop je richting "cable cars", zit je stukken beter!!
Line to check in was long! Not sure if they were under staffed. They messed up on my room, but after they fixed it, It was ok. No other problems after that. The rooms are really nice & I really like the 'noon' check out time lol. I would stay there again.
Great view. That’s it. Junior suite for $350.++. Two dirty pillow cases balled up and left on chair. Adjoining room and room was right next to elevator (guest service didn’t understand what an adjoining room was and couldn’t figure out how to move us). No shampoo (really), no makeup mirror, no robes and only 2 bath towels. Again, this was a junior suite. Navigation tablet made it feel like sleeping at 7-11. Finally had to put towel over it to block out light. Never again. Waste of money.
