Cordon off the check-in area from the general flow of traffic. When last there people were just plowing through people waiting to check-in and check-in is best described as chaotic. In addition, I had a room next to the pool and people were at the pool late and were loud, the next morning there were dirty towels and beer cans all over my patio. It was disgusting.
