The electrical and a/c systems are down and they simply don't tell the guests the truth. This is a Hilton! You expect the best, not a room with flickering lights and no a/c. Call before reserving!!
Worst Hilton experience ever!! No air conditioning. Corner room on 16th floor surrounded by floor to ceiling windows. Warmer in my room than outside. In a world when almost anything can be delivered in one hour, “unacceptable” is the only word that comes to mind for a problem that is over 12 hours old! #notcool #nojoke #compmyroom
Electricity has been out for hours in my room. Other rooms have power. No lights, No air conditioning and No help from the front desk.
Excelente hotel, buena ubicación, accesible para ir a Miami Beach o Downtown Miami, cerca del MetroMover, habitación súper cómoda, hermosa y limpia, personal amable ( hablan español), el desayuno súper rico y variado. Cuando reserven su habitación busquen que les incluya el estacionamiento (en Miami el estacionamiento es costoso) el hotel tiene un precio accesible en el valet parking. En fin fue una estadía espectacular.
