Staff was great. Location, location, location and the rooms were clean, views were amazing. I see myself coming back to this particular Hilton location when in Miami. Then again, don’t take from me and go see for yourself!
It was just a ok experience! Drinks at the bar are way to expensive and was just ok. Not my best hotel experience
Great location as a gateway to South Beach or to downtown. Great service, if you’re a Hilton Diamond member, the executive lounge has a great happy hour, and breakfast (full) The only controversy was the definition of “bay view”. I requested, and paid extra, for a bay view, but the room was a great view of the city, and if you cut the corner of the window, there’s Biscayne Bay. Miami skyline at night was great from my 21st floor room
