Great location. The hotel bar food is great. The only hiccup was the AC. Unless your curtains are drawn blocking out the sun it struggles to keep the room cool.

As a Loyal Hilton member, I have stayed in numerous Hilton hotels around the world. I have always receive 1st class treatment from the highly trained and professional staff. Again I was well received at Hilton Miami Downtown. I would gladly stay again.
My daughter and I stayed in town for a few nights after our cruise. The windows overlooking the water were beautiful. The restaurant serves great meals and drinks.
I got called at 5am that they forgot to charge me taxes. I paid $30 for valet twice when they told me a flat rate of ONCE. couldn't just have a nice peaceful vacation. Not coming back.

La peor experiencia del Hilton en primer lugar se supone que para lo que cobra un hotel 4 estrella por lo menos desayuno deben dar ya que con las atenciones se aplazaron, deberian poner en su propaganda que al ingresar hay que hacer un depositode 50$ por noche que al retirarse le seran devuelto tomen en cuenta los que quieren ir paguen en efectivo para que le devuelvan cuando se esten retirando., yo pague con tarjeta de debito y hasta el momento no me han abonado a mi cuenta hoy hace 11 dias que dejela habitacion , que puede... read more
