Recommendedoutstanding customer service. Convenient to Multiple locations in Miami. Shuttle to port of Miami at a reasonable price. Amenities were excellent. Best night sleep in a while.
Disappointed that they automatically add a 18% gratuity on your bill while dinning in the bar. The waitress was inattentive and slow knowing she was going to receive a generous tip regardless of her service

Awesome hotel with great staff. I am a VVIP Ambassador with other brands and decided to stay here because of it closeness to the passport agency. I will now be looking to stay with Hilton brands in every country I visit.
