Recommendedoutstanding customer service. Convenient to Multiple locations in Miami. Shuttle to port of Miami at a reasonable price. Amenities were excellent. Best night sleep in a while.
RecommendedDisappointed that they automatically add a 18% gratuity on your bill while dinning in the bar. The waitress was inattentive and slow knowing she was going to receive a generous tip regardless of her service
RecommendedExcellent location, great service!
