Good service very nice crew
I have been a Hilton member quite a few years and always book a Hilton. Imagine my disappointment when I arrived to stay two nights pre cruise and two post to be told as I hadn’t booked directly with them I wasn’t entitled to any of the perks am so annoyed. No bottled water no upgrade wasn’t my fault but they still took my money.
Not a great experience. The breakfast was not up to the standard you would expect, the room had dust caked on the dark wood, room remained unmade upon my return in the afternoon , beds a bit worn and pillows needed throwing out, windows dirty... counter staff not that friendly when there was a problem.... hotel mistake eventually rectified but made to feel they hadn’t made a mistake... last Hilton stay for me...
