Worst Hilton I've ever stayed at. Customer experience was horrible all the way around. Now I get to fight with Hilton to get a refund for my 3 hours of sleep and surprise $28 dollar valet charge for parking my car less than 4 hours. Stayed at many Hilton hotels, this has by far been the worst to date.

Got married and staff was awesome... upgrades we're free, took care of us, parked my oversized truck in a safe place....thank you for all you did to make our stay as comfortable as possible.
