Awesome hotel! Friendly staff and awesome food and drinks!!
Valet parking is pretty atrocious and cost me 35+ each night for 4 days at a conference. Self parking is no better st $16/hr. The elevator setup is very confusing and could not accommodate the demand. Waited 10-15 min for elevators. Rooms were okay but we couldn't even get a decent microwave for our suite and there were ants everywhere on the 19 th floor!!! It was impossible to get a trash can 4 four days. Housekeeping brought bags when requested but no trash bins.
Accesible rooms need more attention. Bathrooms are not spacious enough. Poor room facilities for handicapped
