Customer service was amazing! From valet to front desk. However, the wifi didn't work for our first 2 days. They contacted att to troubleshoot but it worked for 2 mins then didn't. The room decoration & presentation needs a bit of improvement, the beds were just plain and covered with multiple white sheets � There was no awwww, mesmerizing effect when we walked in but it did the job I guess. It's definitely a nice hotel that counts with a pool. I'm dissapointed because after 8am and through the afternoon i couldn't never relax or have a meal in my room. They were doing some kind of construction. They told me at first it wouldn't be so bad, big lie! It was super super loud. The staff is very nice and friendly but they shouldn't book rooms if they aren't ready for clients to come in. No breakfast, no wifi, no parking. Gorgeous city views, clean and modern rooms, awesome beds, AMAZING staff. Literally every person we encountered was very friendly and ready to help.
Nice rooms great location would have liked free breakfast for price or a cheaper valet rates but I'll definitely stay again

I love this hotel. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Room service was quick and delicious. The hotel smells great. I love the Serta Sweet Dreams bed - I want to buy one!!
