Excellent staff specially manager Amaury Diaz. Excellent room, very clean and confortable. But food is horrible
The atmosphere is extraordinary, the staff is out of this world with accommodations..the guest are classy an respectful. I'm a out of town visitor an visitor to this hotel an the lounge area an wait staff treated me like the Queen I am.

The staff was amazing and helpful but the hotel was not! The bed very hard, pillows flat, the rooms are not sound proof you can hear the elevator all night! The whole point in getting the room was to get some sleep I have not got any. And for corporate rate of 207.00 I've stayed in best westerns way better than this! Very disappointing

This Hilton is not up to the standard of Hilton. Charged us 150 per night (a bargain rate for conference attendees, yeah right). Gym, hot, no wifi. Tiny fridge. No where to sit except on one chair. ...2 queen size beds! Under construction so you need 3 elevators to navigate. 25 dollars a day to park your car. The list goes on...do I mention the awful view of giant air ducts from your suite? And NO complementary brkfast. Done with Hikton
