While the hotel staff is fabulous and a true testament too the Hilton brand; this hotel is an overall disappointment. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, and after spending a week there I can understand why. The rooms and common areas were not too the standard of a Hilton hotel. Additionally, Wi-Fi malfunctions and spotty TV service left me wishing I had stayed at a different hotel. Not to mention issues with hot water, I'm definitely not happy with my stay and will not be recommending this hotel to friends and ot... read more

I'm from Miami so I no how people act. This was my first time in a high-class hotel.I really enjoyed myself the staff was amazing and help me with everything without a hesitate.The price for A night was very reasonable I couldn't believe it.. Dont get me started on the food....omg so delicious Plus the room was clean and smells so good Also my room services was pleasant as well.Me and my family had a blast I had all down to earth staffs working with me now that's great costumer service.I will definitely come back in the futu... read more
