Top shelf all the way! Every staffer at every station was phenomenal. The facilities are pristine. Best room service quality and efficiency I've experienced. Specific kudos for Roxanne at front desk and GRA floor supervisor Michelle. Worth every penny.
Best hospitality ever. Anazing customer service. Beautiful and extremely clean and comfortable. Graciously Accommodated us before and after check-in before our cruise. cruise. Restaurant food is superb.
Room was okay but not very up to date. Wait service in the Bistro restaurant was slow and food marginal for the high price.

Five stars doesn't seem fair, I would give it 10 if that were an option! From the moment we got here they have impressed me. We did a stay and play (stay and cruise package). The price was very reasonable. We were upgraded to a Jr. Suite complementary upon our arrival. We had valet parking included for 8 nights. The staff every where was amazing and so helpful!
