Hilton Honors Member. I enjoyed this hotel, from the open and inviting outdoor Valet station to the digital screens behind the check in counters. The room was comfortable and the view was beautiful, sans the cloudy weather - we had a corner room overlooking the bay, downtown and the cruise ships. My negatives were, while the bar staff was nice, they seemed a bit upset that we came in at 1230AM and wanted to order 2 adult beverages and a snack. I've been there as a guest five times. This time the facility looked worn, tired and frankly disappointing. Time to do a renovation flor to ceiling.
Hello Im writing you this letter because im completely DISAPPOINTED for what happened to me at HILTON DOWNTOWN MIAMI. When i booked a room the 10 of November , the girl who ‘helped me” told me that i was going to pay $149 per day, so it was going to be a total of almost $1.300 TOTAL. And i have to pay a $300 dollars deposit that would be given back to me if nothing was wrong with the room. After i made the payment , after all that, the girl told me that the hotel was being refurbished and there was going to be annoying noise... read more
