I absolutely loved everything here! It is extremely classy and very clean. The only problem that occurred was the front desk computers were slow. I highly recommend to everyone.
$27.00 parking per night is way to much

I valet parked my vehicle at this hotel and when I returned my vehicle it was damaged. The valet parking employee damaged my car and I had to file a personal claim for it because it is going to be a costly repair. When I attempted to handle this with hotel management directly the issue was ignored, which shows a complete lack of concern for the safety and service of it's guests. Rock Hard beds, paper thin walls. Demand to be on the third floor and not the second unless you like the the feeling your spending the night with strangers in your room. Make sure there isn't a wedding party staying above or next to you. I have had better hotel visits for $80 a night. Completely ruined my 6th anniversary, other than we can chalk it up to a learning experience of where not to stay. Ironically we loved the sound of the train, just not hearing every move of others in their rooms.
Hotel stay ruined our anniversary. We had an amazing meal. The bar menu is the best I have ever tasted. The restaurant and bar staff are beyond reproach. The Spa experience is well worth visiting on their own right. The hotel stay is where the experience loses it’s luster. We booked a two night stay. The first night we had noisy guests stomping around above us. The hotel staff was notified but they didn’t feel it was worth disturbing those guests.
