Checked in on Thursday I was suppose to have ocean front view I'm in the room where I can see other hotel and palms. Also our key is not working properly changed it 8 times already. The resort is nice with great beach access and stuff is supper nice. But the view and key makes it enoying expecially when I paid for ocean view.
The staff has been extremely nice. I can't say I would come back. The resort shows wear and tear. The sheets are awful I haven't slept for 2 nights. I have 2 more nights here. I am enjoying the beach and pool area but am looking forward to my next stop on my trip, so I can get a good nights rest.
OMG!! Couldn't ask for a better Mother's Day weekend! The Staff was wonderful and the Resort especially our view was magnificent!!! We will be staying there again!!❤️

Very annoyed!! My husband and I came down for a funeral and were hoping to also relax. We are on the 8th floor with a beautiful view a nice bed to sleep in and we have been woken up both mornings with construction noise!! Banging, drilling, repairing rooms all over the floor. People everywhere. Next door and across the hall. Why in God's name would they give us a room on this floor! Very disappointed. Very tired!

The staff was not terribly helpful and we encountered the rudest hostess tonight. If my daughters were not with us I would have asked to speak with a manager. I definitely expected better customer service and there was not a single employee we encountered who provided any level of service. The room was fine and the beach access was great.
Stayed there about 3 weeks ago on a mini vacation with my sisters it was so beautiful will love to go there during the summer.
We stayed there for our honeymoon in September! I cannot begin to say how amazing the staff was! So accommodating and went above and beyond to make our honeymoon even more special!Our room was wonderful and the view was gorgeous! We cannot wait to come back!
